There are grocery lists, and then there’s Chef Wolfgang Puck’s Oscar party grocery list. We can’t even imagine the tally, but one thing is certain: The attendees at the 87th Annual Oscar Governors Ball will eat well Sunday night.

The gala is held right upstairs from the Academy Awards ceremony and is attended by Hollywood’s biggest stars. Puck has overseen the menu for 21 years, and he and his team start work months in advance to get every detail just perfect. Guests will nosh on luxe dishes such as truffled mac ‘n’ cheese, fried baby artichokes, and chicken potpie gussied up with, yes, more truffles.
